Silver Spoon Specialties is committed to providing delicious food made with the highest-quality ingredients in a professional and friendly atmosphere. We are based in the Hamptons but being a mobile kitchen, we have the ability to travel to any destination in Suffolk County.

We specialize in all types of events and parties including beach parties, backyard parties, cocktail parties, birthday parties, weddings, community and school events and fund raising benefits. Each event is custom-tailored to suit your needs, both budget-wise and taste-wise. We have a vast array of menu items to choose from but can also create dishes specific to your taste and/or dietary requirements.

Having an experienced event planning specialist on staff, we have the ability not only to meet all your catering needs but also to plan and execute all aspects of your event. We can manage staffing, tents, decor, rentals, flowers, music, lighting, security, parking, restrooms and anything else you may require. Events are our specialty - from small parties to large weddings!

We are also the home of Mamma Mia's Mozzarella, making fresh cheese on a daily basis and incorporating it into some of our specialty dishes.
